Nancy O'Dell's career in broadcasting began as a journalist and anchor for WPDE-TV Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. Later, she worked at WCBD as anchor for the morning show and as a crime reporter. Her reporting on the streets of Charleston on police leniency towards DUI cases has led to the State Law Enforcement Division investigating the incidents. The Associated Press awarded Ms. O'Dell with her Best Report of the year Award for every aspect of South Carolina media. Following her stint in Charleston, O'Dell worked as anchor for NBC's Miami Station WTVJ-TV and as an investigative reporter. After that, she became a part of Access Hollywood to work as an anchor on weekends and weekdays. O'Dell is the anchor of choice for Access Hollywood.
